Routing catalog

Live provider snapshot from GET /api/v1/providers, used directly by routing decisions.

Data status: Yellow means no data (missing times and/or core metrics); green / red use a 30-hour window on the newest of daily catalog sync, attested verification, measured rollup, outcome rollup, or routing snapshot (hover a row). Production catalog sync runs on a fixed daily schedule (see vercel.json, default 09:00 UTC).
