Amply helps business owners and teams adopt agentic AI in real operations through installation, setup, training, and ongoing support. This policy explains what data we process, why we process it, and your rights. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Information we collect
- Account and auth: email, profile fields, and sign-in metadata (including OAuth identity providers).
- Service delivery data: project details, workflow notes, support messages, and operational context you share so we can install and maintain your AI setup.
- Billing: if you purchase paid services, our payment processor may provide billing contact and transaction metadata (for example company, email, and payment status) so we can invoice and support your account.
- Technical data: IP address, user agent, and approximate region from edge/network headers where available.
2. How we use information
- Provide and operate Amply services (website, client onboarding, installation work, and support).
- Deliver training, setup, maintenance, and practical help for your AI workflows.
- Process billing, invoicing, and support requests where paid services are enabled.
- Detect abuse, enforce policies, and comply with legal obligations.
- Run internal analytics in aggregated or de-identified form where possible.
3. Sharing
We use infrastructure and operations vendors (for example hosting, observability, database, and email providers) as processors under contract. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
4. Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the services described here, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention windows vary by data type (for example operational logs vs. billing records).
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing. Contact us to submit a request. EU/UK users may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
6. International transfers
If data is processed outside your country, we use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards for those transfers as required by applicable law.
